Real estate design, which is the source that affects the development value of real estate projects, has direct implications to the profit planning, accumulation of project management and product experience, and fast construction of projects. The developers and the architects are the two sides of the coin of real estate development, for a great project needs the convergence and integration of the two sides. We will review all the architecture designs in China done by architects from around the world through the perspective of Chinese real estate developers so that excellent designs that reflect Chinese history, urban network development and culture inheritance can be found.
