It’s called CIRQ in homage to the time his great grandfather spent in the circus and all of the hard work, practice and dedication that goes into producing a show. This process is very similar to what it takes to grow and produce wine. 2011 will be the inaugural vintage of CIRQ. Production is extremely limited.
