I work with individuals, couples and families who desire to improve their relationships with themselves and others through healthier ways of communicating; I also treat multicultural, employment, and trauma issues. My approach to treatment is holistic — that all areas of one’s life are interconnected — the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical--that each area affects the other and needs to be addressed in treatment to achieve more complete healthiness. I believe that each person is responsible for his or her own health and happiness, and can learn to change in positive ways and make healthier life choices
