All H3 video programming are now shown in International Sign with open captions at www.H3world.tv. Use of International Sign, an auxiliary sign language used at international events including meetings of World Federation of the Deaf and ICSD/Deaflympics, enables Deaf people and sign language users in 140+ countries who currently view H3 programming.
