- Hachette Antoine is a joint venture between international publishing leader Hachette Livre of France (founded 1826) and reputed Librairie Antoine of Lebanon (1933), which ventured into general publishing first in 1970 via its sister company Naufal and again into educational publishing in 1996 via its Antoine Edition department.
