Hong Kong College of Engineering (HKCE) was subordinate to TD Professional Education Group Limited. HKCE was established in 1992 by a group of Professional Engineers and was a completely new conceptual college that focuses on providing training programmes for educational, professional and practical knowledge and skills for the industry.
