- Hong Kong Paws Foundation ( HK Paws ) is a Hong Kong registered animal welfare society. We are a 100% volunteers operating group. Our mission is to help stray animals ( dogs & cats ) that are being abused or abandoned. These dogs and cats urgently need our help as the laws in Hong Kong are often insufficient to protect these innocent and defenseless animals. We believe no animal should suffer because of human ignorance and negligence. We aim to raise awareness of animal welfare issues and to reduce the number of animals that are being abused, abandoned or destroyed.
