- The Learning Library is a registered charity that provides the unique service of loaning out toys and specialist equipment to adults and children with learning disabilities. Our service is available across County Durham with branches in Spennymoor, Durham and Wheatley Hill. Our service is free to families and is also available to Schools, Day/Residential Services, Child Minders, Private Nurseries and other group organisations for a nominal annual fee.
