- Mutt House The Musical – The countdown has started. EDDIE CORBIN has to find homes for the remaining dogs at the Third Street Animal Shelter before the city shuts it down. As Eddie fights for a “No-Kill” designation, HANNAH MATTHEWS, the girl from 7th grade who broke his heart, shows up. She’s now a reporter and once she realizes Eddie still believes he can talk to animals, sees an opportunity to further her career while exploiting him. Throw in an uncaring Mayor’s wife, a good-hearted shelter manager who is being blackmailed by an unscrupulous thug to supply him with dogs for lab experiments, and a zany bunch of talking animals and this furry musical is a rollercoaster of fun.
