- Our mission is to re-establish proper old school vintage scrambles events in the Southwest, on tracks which encourage this type of racing based on the love of the sport and not profit. Our goal is to bring back true vintage competition and the machines of the time period to the Southwest region, defined as Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. Our committee is made up of representatives from each state, with a shared goal to service vintage racers with events throughout the Southwest region beginning in 2016. Our focus is nothing newer than 1974, using the term “Scrambles” rather than motocross, as this was how it was referred to back in the day.
