The Ministry has a fully-fledged Strategic Information Department (SID) that has four units namely, HMIS, M&E, Epidemiology and Research. The structure for the department follows the health care delivery structure of three levels, national, regional and facility levels. There are SID offices in all the levels responsible for data management.
