The fashion capital of the Middle East is celebrating fashion with the second edition of the “Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience”, an event organised by Emaar, the developer of the Downtown Dubai Project, in partnership with Vogue Italia. There are many events in preparation for next October 30 and 31 and November 1 at The Dubai Mall, including shows, presentations and lectures, involving leaders of the fashion world.
